Role: Domain SME Collections & Recovery
Duration: 2 months
Location: New Jersey
Skills & Experience:
- Domain consultant or an SME with extensive knowledge in the financial services industry including project, process, analytics and operations
- At least 5 years experience of Collections and Recoveries functions and KPIs (such as Net Charge Off, Gross Charge Off, Recovery Rate, Days Past Due, Roll Rate, Delinquency rate, Early cure rate, Right party contact, Promise to Pay etc.) relative to industry best practices and recommendations for improvement
- Ability to start with a high-level metrics such as Net Charge Off and decompose it into lower levels, identify the mathematical relationships between those metrices, and determine the questions / insights that those metrices uncover
- Deep understanding of persona based descriptive and diagnostic metrics in the collections and recovery stages (Early delinquency, Late Delinquency etc.) for the following LOBs such as Credit Card, Residential Lending, Auto Finance, Unsecured Lending, and Commercial Lending
- Demonstrated ability in leading BI projects in Tableau or Power BI (preferred)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to drive workshops and customer facing communications
