Urgent Requirement: PeopleSoft Financials Consultant
Duration: 6+ months
Location: Remote acceptable. Local to Tallahassee, FL is a nice to have but not required. Must be able to support Eastern Time business hours.

Required Skills:
Hands-on PeopleSoft Financials experience is required.
Strong accounting background with direct experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, journal processing, and general ledger operations.
Experience performing cash reconciliation, account analysis, balance validation, transaction research, and financial discrepancy resolution.
Funds accounting experience, preferably in a Controller's Office, central accounting, government, public sector, nonprofit, grants, or higher education environment.
Ability to work directly in PeopleSoft to research transactions, validate balances, review journals, reconcile activity, and support accounting operations.
Experience working with accounting and finance users to understand issues, research root cause, and recommend corrective actions.
Strong analytical, reconciliation, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, sensitive project environment with urgent business needs; clear communication skills with finance, accounting, Controller's Office, grants, and ERP project stakeholders.
