Requires experience in M&A scopes, with technical knowledge of M365 tenant migration, network transition, application migration and Cloud hosting

Must have a minimum of 5+ years experience within the M&A space, with experience of large migrations in excess of 5,000 users

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional technology and business initiatives from planning through successful delivery. This role provides strong project governance, stakeholder leadership, and execution discipline to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, complex IT and infrastructure projects across multiple business units, countries, and technical teams.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resource requirements, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Establish strong project governance, including status reporting, risk management, issue resolution, change control, and escalation processes.
• Coordinate internal IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful execution.
• Translate business requirements and strategic objectives into clear project plans and measurable outcomes.
• Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks and drive mitigation and resolution.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining visibility into priorities, milestones, and resource constraints.
• Provide clear executive-level reporting on project health, progress, financials, risks, and decisions required.
• Drive accountability across project teams and ensure commitments, milestones, and deliverables are achieved.
• Support infrastructure modernization, technology standardization, site implementations, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
• Manage vendor performance, statements of work, project costs, and delivery commitments.
• Partner with IT and business leadership to ensure technology initiatives support operational requirements and long-term business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, governance, delivery standards, and overall execution of maturity.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of project/program management experience, preferably within IT, infrastructure, logistics, supply chain, or a large multinational organization.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-country or enterprise-level technology initiatives.
• Strong understanding of project governance, budgeting, resource planning, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Experience working with vendors, technology partners, and geographically distributed teams.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar project management certification preferred.
