Job Title: Infrastructure Engineer III Enterprise Messaging & Collaboration Job ID: 26-00577 Location: Hartford, CT (Hybrid) Duration: 12 months on W2 contract

We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer with strong experience in Microsoft 365, Exchange (Online & On-Prem), and Microsoft Teams administration to support enterprise messaging and collaboration platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer Exchange Online, on-prem Exchange, and hybrid environments
Manage Microsoft Teams configuration, policies, and voice features
Develop PowerShell automation for M365 administration tasks
Monitor system performance and provide Tier 3 troubleshooting
Support upgrades, migrations, and M365 enhancement projects
Collaborate with IT, security, and support teams and maintain documentation

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Microsoft 365 infrastructure administration experience
Strong expertise in Exchange, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Azure AD
PowerShell scripting experience
Solid understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Preferred:

Microsoft 365 certifications
Experience in large enterprise environments
Experience with Exchange migrations or Teams deployments
