This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant reporting while building scalable data architectures and frameworks that standardize regulatory outputs. The position drives cross-functional alignment across legal, compliance, and operations, while managing a team responsible for delivering advanced analytics, reporting, and insights that support both compliance mandates and business decision-making.
Accountabilities- Leads and develops a team of data visualizers and analysts; drives performance, collaboration, and technical excellence
- Leads development of reporting enablement standards and frameworks for regulatory reporting; gathers, consolidates, and standardizes requirements across jurisdictions
- Designs scalable data models and reporting frameworks to enable reusable, enterprise-aligned solutions
- Partners with legal, compliance, and operations to define requirements and ensure regulatory alignment
- Conducts complex data analysis to support regulatory compliance and business initiatives
- Oversees development of dashboards, automated reports, and visualizations using advanced tools
- Leads large-scale regulatory reporting initiatives and ensures timely, compliant delivery
Education and Experience- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of study
- 10+ years of progressive experience, preferrably in regulated utility data analysis
- Advanced knowledge of data modeling, statistical analysis, and visualization tools (SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience operating in complex, multi-state regulatory environments preferred
- Strong project management capabilities
- Ability to translate regulatory mandates into technical data requirements
- Proven experience building scalable reporting frameworks
