Summary

Experience developing, testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting SAS, Python, R, or other similar programming language scripts.

Experience with system integration, dashboard creation, and automation for improved interoperability workflows.

Experience with electronic case reporting (eCR/eICR), Electronic Health Records or Health Information Exchange, healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, XML, or FHIR, SNOMED CT or other clinical terminology standards.

Experience with SQL and relational databases, public health surveillance systems or registries, data linkage and matching, and development of automated data pipelines or ETL processes.
