Genesis10 is currently seeking a UI Developer - Angular for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Pennington, NJ, Charlotte, NC or Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role involves designing, developing, and enhancing web applications using modern client-side frameworks. The ideal candidate will provide technical direction, collaborate with programming teams within an Agile methodology, and ensure the stability and performance of existing applications.
Responsibilities: - Design, develop, enhance, test, support, maintain and debug client-side/user interface framework web applications
- Utilize latest development client-side framework technologies to solve for business requirements
- Provide strategic technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives and technology stack
- Represent the technical team in SDLC for Agile project methodologies
- Collaborate with external programming teams to deliver software on time and within budget
- Monitor and enhance the stability and performance of the existing applications
Requirements: - 5 to 7 years of IT experience as a Senior Client-Side Framework Developer
- Experience in web application development with client-side framework technologies
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, VUE, Handlebar, jQuery, jQuery UI, React, and AngularJS
- Experience with JSON, JSONP, and XML/XSL
- Experience integrating with REST APIs and Webservices
- Familiarity with tools such as Fiddler, Firebug, Poster, and IE Developer Tools
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills for software design and development
- Ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly
Desired skills: - Responsive web design experience
- WebSphere application server experience
Pay range: $55.06 - $63.06 per hour
