Job Description- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer business, operational, and technical requirements
- Design and articulate end-to-end OMS solutions aligned to complex retail and omnichannel use cases
- Act as the technical authority and trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle
- Own and deliver tailored product demonstrations, both remote and onsite
- Support executive-level and technical stakeholder presentations
- Partner closely with Account Executives on active enterprise opportunities
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to communicate customer requirements and feedback
- Work with a global pre-sales team, primarily across Europe
- Travel to customer sites for strategic opportunities, with occasional travel to Europe

The Successful ApplicantA successful Pre-sales Engineer should have:
- Experience in technical pre-sales / solutions engineering, ideally within retail technology
- Strong knowledge of Order Management Systems (OMS)
- Background with an OMS vendor or systems integrator
- Confident leading customer discovery, solution design, and demos independently
- Clear, credible communicator with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
