Job Description

  • Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer business, operational, and technical requirements
  • Design and articulate end-to-end OMS solutions aligned to complex retail and omnichannel use cases
  • Act as the technical authority and trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle
  • Own and deliver tailored product demonstrations, both remote and onsite
  • Support executive-level and technical stakeholder presentations
  • Partner closely with Account Executives on active enterprise opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to communicate customer requirements and feedback
  • Work with a global pre-sales team, primarily across Europe
  • Travel to customer sites for strategic opportunities, with occasional travel to Europe

The Successful Applicant

A successful Pre-sales Engineer should have:
  • Experience in technical pre-sales / solutions engineering, ideally within retail technology
  • Strong knowledge of Order Management Systems (OMS)
  • Background with an OMS vendor or systems integrator
  • Confident leading customer discovery, solution design, and demos independently
  • Clear, credible communicator with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
