Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership for AI/ML initiatives, collaborate with business stakeholders, and guide development teams in building scalable, secure, and production-ready AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of AI and Machine Learning solutions.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify AI use cases and opportunities.
Develop and deploy Generative AI, Machine Learning, and data-driven applications.
Define AI architecture, best practices, and technical standards.
Guide and mentor AI engineers, data scientists, and developers.
Work with cloud platforms and MLOps tools to support AI model deployment and monitoring.
Ensure AI solutions meet security, compliance, and governance requirements.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
Participate in solution design, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
