Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced AI Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership for AI/ML initiatives, collaborate with business stakeholders, and guide development teams in building scalable, secure, and production-ready AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

Leadthe design and implementation of AI and Machine Learning solutions.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify AIuse cases and opportunities.
Develop and deploy Generative AI, Machine Learning, and data-driven applications.
Define AIarchitecture, best practices, and technical standards.
Guide and mentor AIengineers, data scientists, and developers.
Work with cloud platforms and MLOps tools to support AImodel deployment and monitoring.
Ensure AIsolutions meet security, compliance, and governance requirements.
Evaluate emerging AItechnologies and recommend adoption strategies.
Participate in solution design, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
