What You'll Do - Own full-cycle recruitment for technical, engineering, operations, and early-career roles
- Act as a trusted recruitment advisor and account manager to site and business leadership
- Translate business priorities into effective hiring strategies and execution
- Partner with sourcing teams to build diverse and sustainable talent pipelines
- Coach leaders on best practices across screening, interviewing, and selection
- Facilitate timely, high-quality candidate reviews and hiring decisions
- Manage day-to-day recruitment operations, metrics, and data
- Provide market insights and recommendations, including when to consider sign-on incentives
- Collaborate closely with HR partners and Centres of Excellence
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment processes
What You'll Bring - Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- +2 years of client-facing, end-to-end recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, industrial, or operational roles
- Comfort supporting high-volume or site-based hiring environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with management and director level leaders
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (SAP SuccessFactors strongly preferred)
- Ability to balance systems, data, and process with strong interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage the recruitment process from search through offer acceptance and hand-off to onboarding
