What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruitment for technical, engineering, operations, and early-career roles
• Act as a trusted recruitment advisor and account manager to site and business leadership
• Translate business priorities into effective hiring strategies and execution
• Partner with sourcing teams to build diverse and sustainable talent pipelines
• Coach leaders on best practices across screening, interviewing, and selection
• Facilitate timely, high-quality candidate reviews and hiring decisions
• Manage day-to-day recruitment operations, metrics, and data
• Provide market insights and recommendations, including when to consider sign-on incentives
• Collaborate closely with HR partners and Centres of Excellence
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment processes

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• +2 years of client-facing, end-to-end recruitment experience
• Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, industrial, or operational roles
• Comfort supporting high-volume or site-based hiring environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with management and director level leaders
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (SAP SuccessFactors strongly preferred)
• Ability to balance systems, data, and process with strong interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage the recruitment process from search through offer acceptance and hand-off to onboarding
