Oracle EPM Technical Consultant (Fusion Cloud)

Role: EPM Technical Consultant
Location: Houston, TX (Onsite 5 days/week mandatory)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Fusion Technical Consultant with solid functional knowledge of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) reporting. The ideal candidate will work in a techno-functional capacity, supporting reporting solutions and collaborating closely with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement technical solutions within Oracle Cloud Fusion Applications

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with functional teams

• Configure and customize Fusion modules to support EPM reporting

• Develop and optimize reports using Financial Reporting Studio, Smart View, BI Publisher, and OTBI

• Provide techno-functional support for Oracle Fusion Financials

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system performance and stability

• Document technical designs, workflows, and reporting structures

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion Applications (technical development, extensions, integrations)

• Functional knowledge of EPM reporting tools (Hyperion, Oracle EPM Cloud, Smart View, FRS)

• Experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, and Financial Reporting Studio

• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle development tools

• Understanding of financial processes and reporting requirements

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Cloud certifications (Fusion Financials, EPM Cloud)

• Experience in techno-functional finance and reporting roles

• Exposure to OIC, REST APIs, SOAP

• Prior consulting or client-facing experience
