Role: Oracle Cloud Fusion Payroll Data Conversion / Reporting Consultant
Location: Houston, TX (Onsite 5 days/week mandatory)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Fusion Technical Consultant specializing in Payroll data migration, reporting, and integrations. The consultant will play a key role in migrating legacy payroll data into Oracle Fusion, developing reports, and building integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Payroll data conversion/migration from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion Payroll

• Design, develop, and optimize PL/SQL scripts for data extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation

• Develop and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) reports for payroll, compliance, and business needs

• Collaborate with functional payroll teams to ensure accurate data mapping

• Design and support OIC integrations between Oracle Fusion Payroll and external systems

• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and error resolution during migration cycles

• Support testing phases (Unit, SIT, UAT) and resolve defects

• Document technical designs, conversion strategies, and integration flows

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of technical experience with Oracle applications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion Payroll

• Strong expertise in Payroll data conversion/migration

• Proficiency in PL/SQL development and performance tuning

• Hands-on experience with BI Publisher (BIP)

• Solid experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

• Strong understanding of payroll data validation and reconciliation

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Benefits, Time & Labor)

• Knowledge of Fast Formulas and payroll calculation rules

• Experience with large-scale enterprise migration projects

• Oracle Cloud HCM/Payroll certification (preferred)
