We are seeking to hire several PMO Analysts with experience in Federal or State level Healthcare / Medicare/Medicaid projects, to join our teams working on a new multi-year awards we have within several State Gov’t clients, modernizing their Medicare/Medicaid Claims, Provider, and Pharmacy systems. These roles are 100% remote.
Being a US Cit is required for working on this program.
This position pays a strong salary package with full benefits (including choice of healthcare plans, dental, vision, life insurance, 3 weeks PTO, 11 Paid Federal Holidays, and a matching 401k).
An option for working on an hourly rate is also available for those not needing a full benefits package.

Your role in our mission
· Support a centralized management structure for all project management functions
· Develop and maintain project staffing models and proactively Identify appropriate resources required. Work with leadership to staff their projects.
· Program Deliverables and Milestones - identify, track, and manage
· Project work plan – ensure it is developed, maintained and that the critical path is met.
· Engagement team’s time tracking, work assignments, and status reporting
· Scope and Change Control management
· Contract requirements – manage requirement changes, traceability to deliverables, RAID items, test cases and defects.
· Risk, Issue, Action, Assumption, Decision log management
· Stakeholder communications - managed to gain concurrence, approval, and consensus as needed for project management deliverables and artifacts.
· Mentor, coach and effectively transfer expertise to others
· Implement Project Management Framework that aligns to company standards
What we’re looking for (minimum qualifications)
· Minimum 3 years of experience as a PMO Analyst or specialist, preferably in Medicare/Medicaid and Healthcare programs
· Expertise with RAID and Change Requests.
· Claims, Provider, or PBM experience within Healthcare projects is also helpful.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in implementation of software technology projects
· CAPM certification preferred, but not required
· Excellent communication skills and ability to manage work in remote environment
· Conveys acknowledge of project management and associated methodologies, techniques, processes, and approaches - exudes credibility as a subject matter expert
