6-month contract basis, fully remote, with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S., provided they align with
CST hours (8-5).
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Epic PB professional to join a collaborative and mentorship-driven environment. The role offers the chance to lead and mentor a team of junior Epic PB analysts, contribute to the
first Epic upgrade for Revenue Cycle and Patient Access applications, and have a meaningful impact on process optimization and staff development. The culture emphasizes strong communication, collaboration, and the opportunity to work with top-level Epic resources nationwide.
Contract Duration: 6 Months (Target Start: 3/1)
Required Skills & Experience - Certified Epic PB SME
- Proven experience in Epic Resolute Professional Billing, with emphasis on claims
- Strong mentorship and team leadership skills
- Experience with Epic upgrades, including feature prioritization, release note review, and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent task management and status reporting capabilities
- Strong communication skills to interact with leadership and train junior team members
Desired Skills & Experience - Experience managing a team of 3-4 PB Analysts
- Ability to provide advisory services to enhance product oversight and optimization
- Previous experience in training and developing Epic PB staff
What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown: - Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB)
- Revenue Cycle and Patient Access applications
- Upgrade planning, release management, and feature prioritization
Daily Responsibilities: - Mentor the current PB Leader and a team of junior PB Analysts
- Lead tasks associated with Epic PB implementation, testing, stabilization, and optimization
- Review release notes, gather stakeholder feedback, and provide resource estimates for upcoming upgrades
- Maintain task management and status reporting
- Provide guidance and advisory services to support University Epic PB staff development
