We are looking for an Intelligence Analyst who doesn't just monitor data but translates the "so-what" into mission-critical decisions that keep people and assets safe. In this role, your analysis will be the bridge between raw threat intelligence and executive action. You will be responsible for translating complex, fast-moving underground activity into actionable tactical and strategic assessments for our clients.

responsibilities:
- Transform Data into Action: Transform vast amounts of raw data from the digital underground into concise, high-quality tactical and strategic assessments that inform decision-makers.
- Proactive Monitoring: Conduct proactive monitoring across the Deep & Dark Web, Telegram, and account markets to elicit intelligence on cyber and financial threats.
- Source Nomination: Identify and nominate new collection sources to ensure Q6 maintains the industry's broadest data set of underground ecosystems.
- Synthesize Proprietary Data: Leverage Q6's internal collection systems and proprietary tooling to drive enhanced analysis and sophisticated alerting services.
- Client Engagement: Support senior leaders in delivering briefings and client calls, effectively communicating risk and impact to both technical and executive audiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to identify "unknown unknowns" and translate client feedback into improved platform features.
qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years of experience in cyber threat intelligence, research, or hunting, with a specific focus on identifying sophisticated fraud, scams, or financial cybercrime.
Analytical Writing: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to translate complex technical data into high-impact assessments for diverse audiences.
Technical Mastery: Proficiency in sifting through massive datasets using a blend of open-source tools and proprietary internal platforms.
Subject Matter Expertise: Deep familiarity with underground community terminology in areas such as check fraud, account takeover, and abuse of AI.
Operational Discipline: Highly proactive and resourceful with strong investigative instincts and attention to detail.
Language (Plus): Proficiency in Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, or Mandarin is a significant plus but not mandatory.
