Description
Join our team in New York, NY as a full-time Salesforce Administrator.
You''ll support the delivery and adoption of key features, working closely with stakeholders to document, test, and roll-out new functionalities.
This role requires strong business acumen, technical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
Support training and onboarding of business users to drive adoption of existing apps and features.
Manage user support, troubleshoot errors, and maintain login access.
Configure the platform according to approved solutions, including layouts, permissions, and custom objects.
Conduct analysis and evaluate materials provided by business users.
Maintain project tracking tools for real-time visibility into project progress.

Qualifications
Salesforce.com Certification, preferably Platform App Builder and Salesforce Administrator.
Experience in supporting projects through their full lifecycle.
Experience in delivering automation and custom features serving business needs.
Experience in core configuration and data management tools.
Experience with implementations supporting a SaaS/subscription-based business preferred.
