Summary

JOB SUMMARY Seeking a high-energy, results-driven Cybersecurity Technical Program Manager to serve as the single point of contact for operations and maintenance program delivery. This role owns the full lifecycle from centralized demand intake through delivery execution, with a strong emphasis on M&A integration and Identity & Access Management (IAM) workstreams. The ideal candidate is a polished, proactive self-starter who anticipates issues, drives accountability across cross-functional teams, and applies technical acumen to balance solutioning with engaging subject matter experts. Key Responsibilities Serve as the centralized single point of contact for all program demand, intake, triage, and delivery across stakeholders, engineering teams, and business partners. Lead post-merger and post-acquisition integration workstreams, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless technology integration and achieve deal value realization. Provide program management leadership for IAM initiatives, including identity governance, access management, privileged access management (PAM), and directory services integrations. Apply technical acumen to drive solutioning, provide guidance on infrastructure-related decisions, and lead escalation management to rapidly resolve blockers. Foster strong relationships with business leaders, IT teams, and executive stakeholders, delivering executive-level reporting on program status, risks, and achievements. Cultivate a proactive approach to risk management, ensuring practices are integrated into program planning and execution. Develop and manage project budgets, allocate resources, track expenditures, and report on project financials to leadership. Lead teams of service and delivery leads, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field. 10+ years of professional experience, with 6+ years in IT and a minimum of 4 years in cybersecurity program management. Proven experience in cybersecurity portfolio and program management. Strong knowledge of the NIST/NICE framework and its application in cybersecurity program management. Exceptional ability to manage multiple concurrent programs, workstreams, and stakeholders. Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, capable of engaging with cross-functional teams and executive leadership. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Digital acumen with an understanding of infrastructure, IAM technologies, and enterprise integration patterns. Preferred Qualifications Masters degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field. Certifications PMP certification (preferred) CISSP certification (preferred) Education: Masters Degree Certification: Project Management Professional , Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
