Summary

Role: Senior Epic RTE and Grand Central Analyst
Duration: Contract, 6+ months

Location: 100% Remote

Overview
Client is seeking a senior-level Epic Analyst with strong RTE, Prelude, ADT and Grand Central experience. This role supports an Access-focused project and requires someone who can take ownership of configuration work with minimal guidance.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead configuration, build and optimization efforts for RTE and Grand Central within the Access workstream
• Support integration across Prelude, ADT and related Epic modules
• Drive requirements gathering and translate operational workflows into technical build
• Perform configuration updates, testing, troubleshooting and validation
• Partner closely with Access, Registration and Patient Flow teams to ensure system readiness
• Identify gaps, propose solutions and maintain high-quality documentation
• Work independently, proactively flag issues and move the project forward with little hand holding
• Support cutover, go-live, and post-production stabilization as needed

Required Experience
• Strong hands-on expertise with Epic RTE and Grand Central (primary skills)
• Experience with Prelude and ADT workflows, configuration and troubleshooting
• Proven ability to manage Access-related configuration in Epic
• Senior-level contributor able to operate autonomously in a fast-moving environment
• Ability to navigate complex operational workflows and translate into system build
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with clinical, operational and IT stakeholders
