Required Qualifications

12+ years of experience in PLM implementations with a strong focus on data migration
Deep expertise in Siemens Teamcenter
Proven experience leading enterprise-scale PLM data migration programs including:
- Agile PLM → Teamcenter
- Multi-instance consolidations
Define end-to-end PLM data migration architecture for enterprise transformation initiatives
Translate business, engineering, and IT data requirements into:
- Migration strategies
- Transformation rules
Design and govern scalable migration approaches including:
- Migration factories
- Rule-driven transformations
- Automation frameworks
Define and enforce:
- Data quality strategy
- Data reconciliation
- Validation processes
- Pre- and post-load verification
- Dry runs
- Cutover readiness
- Rollback planning
Collaborate with:
- Solution Architects
- Business stakeholders
- Delivery teams
Ensure seamless digital thread continuity after migration

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading end-to-end Teamcenter transformation programs, especially Agile PLM to Teamcenter
Siemens Teamcenter Certification
Experience in:
- Industrial Manufacturing
- Automotive
- Aerospace & Defense
- High-Tech industries
Experience supporting US-based clients in regulated or multi-site enterprise environments
