OverviewWe are seeking a Scrum Master / Project Manager who will support and guide our Scrum and development teams. This role ensures Agile best practices are followed, removes obstacles, promotes healthy team dynamics, and acts as a liaison between the Scrum team and Product Owner. The ideal candidate fosters a productive, collaborative, and conflict-free environment.
ResponsibilitiesScrum & Agile Leadership- Guide and coach the Scrum team in Agile methodology, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a buffer between the Scrum team and the Product Owner, ensuring clear communication and focus.
- Maintain a safe, supportive team environment by proactively resolving conflicts and removing impediments.
Project Management- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects from concept through implementation.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Coordinate and interface with all project stakeholders, including end users, IT, client services, and cross-functional teams.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, estimates, resource allocations, and budgets.
- Lead project meetings; track status, risks, and issues; ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Manage vendor relationships, oversee third-party tasks, and review vendor deliverables.
- Monitor projects from initiation to delivery, addressing both technical and non-technical needs.
- Identify project issues and develop solutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
- Provide technical or analytical guidance to team members as needed.
- Recommend and implement corrective actions to resolve problems and maintain project momentum.
