Lead Technical Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Armonk, NY that is seeking a Lead Technical Architect who will provide technical leadership across complex enterprise transformation initiatives. This senior individual contributor will shape scalable solution architectures and guide technical strategy from design through implementation and production.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end architecture for complex enterprise solutions
* Provide technical direction across application, integration, data, cloud, and AI
* Review and approve solution designs and key technical decisions
* Support solutioning, estimation, risk assessment, and delivery planning
* Establish reusable architecture patterns and technical standards
* Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders
* Mentor architects and technical leads
* Ensure solutions meet scalability, security, performance, and reliability requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
* Relevant architecture, cloud, CRM, integration, data, AI, or security certifications are highly valued
* 12+ years of enterprise technology experience
* 5+ years of experience in a Lead, Principal, or similar senior architecture role
* Experience owning architecture for large transformation programs
* Strong background in enterprise CRM and cloud platforms
* Strong API, integration, and event-driven architecture experience
* Experience with enterprise data platforms and modern data architecture
* Experience designing or supporting production AI/LLM solutions
* Strong understanding of security, identity, resiliency, disaster recovery, and observability
* Experience in complex or regulated enterprise environments
* Strong client-facing communication and technical leadership skills

Preferred:
* Enterprise CRM and multi-cloud implementations
* Integration platforms and middleware
* Modern cloud data platforms
* Legacy-system modernization
* AI orchestration, retrieval, evaluation, and governance
* Cloud infrastructure, containers, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code
* Large consulting/systems integration environments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
