Description:
Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with MDM specialization to support enterprise-scale data management initiatives for high-profile clients. In this role, you will design, develop, and scale AI-enabled and data-driven solutions using IBM InfoSphere MDM, Product Mastering Extension (PME), and IBM Stewardship Center (BAW). You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver scalable, high-availability data solutions in an Agile environment.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise MDM solutions using IBM InfoSphere MDM and PME
Configure and enhance IBM Stewardship Center (IBM BAW) workflows to support data governance and stewardship
Develop Java-based extensions and integrations for MDM platforms
Implement scalable data integration and orchestration using IBM Integration Server Enterprise (ISE) and Advanced Workflows (AW)
Translate business requirements into technical designs in partnership with stakeholders
Build and support distributed systems ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability
Participate in Agile development practices including sprint planning, reviews, and showcases

Qualifications & Requirements:

3+ years of software or data engineering experience
Hands-on experience with IBM InfoSphere MDM, IBM PME, and IBM Stewardship Center (BAW)
Strong Java development skills
Experience with IBM ISE and Advanced Workflows
Solid understanding of distributed systems, data structures, and design patterns
Experience working in Agile (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) environments
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
