We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Consulting Traveling Maintenance professional for Residential Builds in the Construction industry. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in various maintenance tasks, including exterior and interior repairs, painting, fence repairs, and remodeling. This position requires frequent travel to various construction sites, providing an exciting opportunity for the right individual to apply their skills and expertise in diverse settings.

Responsibilities:
As a Consulting Traveling Maintenance professional, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including:

1. Conducting regular inspections of residential builds to identify and fix maintenance issues
2. Performing various handyman tasks such as painting, fence repairs, and interior/exterior repairs
3. Overseeing remodeling and home remodeling projects to ensure quality and adherence to plans
4. Managing inventory of materials and equipment, and making necessary purchases
5. Pumping water and handling other plumbing-related tasks
6. Performing annual maintenance checks and services
7. Shredding documents and maintaining a clean and organized work environment
8. Collaborating with construction teams and other professionals to ensure smooth operations
9. Providing expert advice and consulting services related to maintenance of residential builds

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the position of Consulting Traveling Maintenance professional will have the following qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance role, preferably within the construction industry
2. Proven experience in handyman tasks, exterior and interior repairs, painting, and fence repairs
3. Experience in remodeling and home remodeling projects
4. Knowledge of inventory management and purchasing
5. Proficiency in pumping water and handling other plumbing-related tasks
6. Demonstrated ability to shred documents and maintain a clean and organized work environment
7. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
8. Strong communication and consulting skills
9. Ability to travel frequently to various construction sites
10. A valid driver's license and clean driving record
