Seeking a Knowledge Graph & Ontology Specialist with a Master's degree in Life Sciences or Biomedical Engineering and 6+ years of experience in knowledge graph development. The role requires expertise in ontology modeling, semantic web technologies (RDF, OWL, SPARQL, SHACL), life sciences ontologies (GO, OBO, SNOMED CT, UMLS), and linked data principles. Strong Python and LLM experience is preferred for data modeling, vocabulary mapping, quality automation, and knowledge graph pipeline development
