Job Title: Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with Data Analyst Skills
Location: Cleveland, OH (Onsite – From Day 1)
We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong Data Analyst skills to gather and document business requirements, analyze data, and support business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Perform data analysis using SQL, Excel, and reporting tools.
- Create functional specifications and support solution design.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Validate data and assist with testing and reporting.
Required Skills:
- Experience as a Business Systems Analyst with strong data analysis skills.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI/Tableau.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
