Job Description:

Bachelor's degree or Maters Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 10+ Years of relevant experience.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in Agile delivery within financial services environments.
Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks, strong facilitation skills, and proven ability to guide teams through complex or evolving delivery conditions are essential.
The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in coaching teams at varying maturity levels, improving delivery flow, and cultivating a servant leadership culture that encourages ownership and continuous learning.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem solving abilities are required, along with experience working across distributed teams.
Familiarity with Agile tooling, metrics, and readiness activities, including structured training and coaching plans as used in financial services Scrum Master onboarding initiatives, is expected.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
