Now Hiring: ServiceNow SPM Engagement Manager
We re looking for a talented ServiceNow SPM Engagement Manager to join our growing team. If you re energized by solving complex challenges, collaborating with smart and supportive teammates, and making a real impact, you ll fit right in.
What You ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow SPM programs
- Manage client relationships, expectations, and executive communication
- Oversee project scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
- Coordinate across technical consultants, architects, and business stakeholders
- Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies
- Ensure successful adoption and value realization of SPM solutions
- High-visibility role with significant client interaction
- Focus on delivery excellence and long-term client success
What You Bring:
- Proven experience leading ServiceNow implementations within SPM / PPM
- Strong project/program management background (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing client-facing delivery teams
- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
- ServiceNow certifications (CIS-SPM or other), preferred
- Background in consulting or professional services
- Familiarity with enterprise portfolio and resource management processes
- Consistent, reliable availability and professional accountability
