Now Hiring: ServiceNow SPM Technical Consultant
We re looking for a talented ServiceNow SPM Technical Consultant to join our growing team. If you re energized by solving complex challenges, collaborating with smart and supportive teammates, and making a real impact, you ll fit right in.
What You ll Do:
- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow SPM solutions (Demand, Project Portfolio, Resource Management, etc.)
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions within the platform
- Develop and customize workflows, business rules, scripts, and integrations
- Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of SPM implementations
- Follow ServiceNow best practices and maintain platform integrity
- Client-facing role with cross-functional collaboration
- Opportunity to work on large-scale SPM transformations
What You Bring:
- Active CIS-SPM (Certified Implementation Specialist Strategic Portfolio Management)
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development
- Experience delivering SPM / PPM implementations
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, and platform configuration
- Ability to work in a client-facing environment
- CSA (Certified System Administrator) and/or CAD (Certified Application Developer), preferred
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Exposure to Agile / hybrid project delivery models
- Consistent, reliable availability and professional accountability
