ResponsibilitiesResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a Semiconductor Data Science & Machine Learning Engineer to contribute to the development and operationalization of data and AI systems supporting advanced analytics and automation. This role is hands-on across data, software, and machine learning systems, with a strong emphasis on working with and enhancing existing production workflows all within the context of semiconductor integrated circuit fabrication.Key Responsibilities:- Provide production support for deployed data pipelines and ML systems, including monitoring, debugging, and issue resolution
- Implement and maintain data pipelines and workflow components across ingestion, processing, and delivery
- Develop and deploy machine learning models and inference pipelines within established systems
- Contribute to system enhancements and performance optimization across data and ML workflows
- Support integration of ML services into production environments (APIs, batch systems, internal platforms)
- Participate in technical problem-solving and design discussions within existing architectural frameworks
Qualifications- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Materials Science, Applied Physics, or related fields.
- Strong programming experience in Python and at least one additional language (e.g., C++, C#, Java/JS)
- 3-4 years experience working with data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and database systems (SQL)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Supervised and unsupervised learning techniques
- Deep learning architectures (e.g., CNNs, Vision Transformers, or equivalent)
- Experience working with high-dimensional data (image, signal, or large-scale structured datasets)
- Familiarity with model development lifecycle (data prep, training, validation, deployment concepts)
- Experience contributing to production systems or deployed applications (debugging, maintenance, iteration)
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience with Semiconductor processes, process engineering/development and associated data
- Familiarity with advanced representation learning (transformers, contrastive/self-supervised learning)
- Exposure to multi-domain signal processing (spatial, spectral, temporal analysis)
- Experience with real-time or near-real-time data/ML systems
- Experience with cloud-native data and AI platforms (including ML platforms and workflow orchestration)
- Familiarity with foundation model services / LLM platforms (e.g., AWS Bedrock or equivalent)
