Role: Technical Program Manager

Location: Remote (California or Washington Required) Must work PST hours -
Visa: GC

Contract Length: 12 Months

What you will be doing:

• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary technical programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment across engineering, product, marketing, and data teams.
• Build scalable program frameworks, governance models, operational processes, and project management systems that drive long-term organizational efficiency.
• Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, communications, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Partner with Product Engineering, Product Marketing, Data Science, Marketing Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure successful execution of strategic business initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, status reporting, dashboards, intake processes, and operational best practices.
• Translate technical discussions into business-friendly communication that enables effective decision-making among stakeholders.
• Identify blockers, negotiate priorities, and drive resolution of cross-functional challenges impacting program success.
• Support audience data initiatives that power product launches, customer communications, marketing campaigns, and data-driven business decisions.
• Leverage Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM) to design workflows, automations, governance structures, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
• Utilize SQL and data platform knowledge to validate data, understand dependencies, identify risks, and effectively collaborate with technical teams.

What you bring:

• 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience leading enterprise-level, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience managing programs involving Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Strong experience building scalable program frameworks, governance models, and operational processes from the ground up.
• Hands-on Jira and/or Jira Service Management (JSM) administration and configuration experience, including workflows, automations, dashboards, intake processes, and reporting.
• Ability to read, execute, and validate SQL queries while collaborating effectively with technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with enterprise data platforms and data-driven initiatives.
• Exceptional communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with experience navigating ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Experience influencing teams and driving outcomes without direct authority.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
