Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Application Administrator with strong communication skills and hands-on experience supporting enterprise and Engineering (CAE) applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain applications across Windows and Linux environments.
  • Administer and support Engineering / CAE applications, including license management.
  • Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Manage application access, permissions, and security configurations.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
  • Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and configuration guides.
  • Support AWS application deployments and on-premises cloud migrations.
  • Coordinate hardware, storage, and infrastructure changes.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of Application Administration experience.
  • Strong Windows and Linux Server administration.
  • Engineering / CAE application support experience.
  • AWS cloud infrastructure and application management.
  • PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting.
  • Application troubleshooting and performance monitoring.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, SAML, and SSL.
  • Basic SQL and database knowledge.
  • Understanding of networking, storage, virtualization, and backups.
  • OpenLM or similar license management tools preferred.
