SAP S/4HANA Implementation Consultant
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Implementation Consultant to support end-to-end implementation, migration, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA solutions. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality SAP solutions aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with SAP ECC to S/4HANA conversions or greenfield/brownfield implementations, strong business process knowledge, and a proven ability to lead or contribute to complex SAP transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- SAP S/4HANA Implementation & Delivery
- Support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations, including blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Lead or contribute to ECC to S/4HANA system conversions, brownfield, or greenfield implementations
- Analyze legacy processes and redesign them to align with S/4HANA best practices
- Configure SAP S/4HANA modules based on business requirements
Business & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements
- Translate business needs into functional and/or technical SAP solutions
- Collaborate with business users, project managers, developers, and integration teams
- Provide guidance on SAP standard vs. customization decisions
Data, Integration & Testing
- Support data migration activities (e.g., LSMW, SAP Migration Cockpit, ETL tools)
- Participate in or lead unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution
- Work with integration teams on interfaces (IDocs, APIs, middleware such as PI/PO or CPI)
Documentation & Support
- Create and maintain functional/technical documentation
- Support cutover planning and go-live activities
- Provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer to operations teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of SAP experience, with hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation exposure
- Experience with at least one full SAP S/4HANA lifecycle implementation
- Strong understanding of SAP business processes and architecture
- Experience working in Agile or Waterfall SAP project environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $50-65/hr (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
