SAP S/4 HANA OTC/SD Techno-Functional Business Analyst

Description

We are looking for a skilled SAP S/4 HANA OTC/SD Techno-Functional Business Analyst to join our team in Olathe, Kansas. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to contribute to the successful implementation of Order-to-Cash and Sales & Distribution processes in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical and business teams, ensuring seamless communication and effective solutions.

Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Sales & Distribution (SD) processes.
Collaborate with business users and external implementation partners to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
Conduct detailed business process mapping to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Integrate compliance requirements into the SAP landscape, ensuring adherence to applicable standards.
Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement within manufacturing or complex business operations.
Deliver comprehensive training sessions for stakeholders and create detailed documentation to support system use.
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions to refine and prioritize business needs.
Manage configuration and ensure optimal performance of SAP S/4 HANA solutions.
Provide ongoing support to ensure successful implementation and system functionality.
Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to capture detailed specifications.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementations, specifically in Order-to-Cash and Sales & Distribution.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Expertise in business process mapping and gap analysis.
Familiarity with compliance integration and related standards.
Experience in delivering user training and creating comprehensive documentation.
Strong knowledge of SAP OTC and SAP SD modules.
Proficiency in requirements gathering and configuration management.
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively between technical teams and business stakeholders.
