Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM Functional Lead with strong current hands-on experience in SAP EWM and SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading SAP EWM implementations, migrations, enhancements, and warehouse transformation initiatives.

The candidate must have experience with both Embedded EWM and Decentralized EWM, along with strong knowledge of PPF, SAP Fiori, Brownfield, and Greenfield implementations.

Required Skills

• 12–18 years of overall SAP experience

• 5+ years of SAP EWM experience

• Current hands-on SAP EWM

• Current hands-on SAP S/4HANA

• Team Lead / Manager or above experience

• Embedded EWM

• Decentralized EWM

• PPF – Post Processing Framework

• SAP Fiori

• Brownfield implementation/migration

• Greenfield implementation

• Strong warehouse management process knowledge

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP EWM functional design, configuration, implementation, and support.

• Work with business stakeholders to gather and translate warehouse requirements into SAP EWM solutions.

• Configure inbound, outbound, picking, packing, putaway, replenishment, wave management, inventory, and internal warehouse processes.

• Lead Embedded and Decentralized EWM solutions.

• Configure and troubleshoot PPF processes.

• Work with SAP Fiori applications and warehouse-related processes.

• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend process improvements.

• Integrate EWM with SAP MM, SD, PP, QM, and other SAP modules.

• Lead functional testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover, and go-live activities.

• Support both Greenfield and Brownfield implementations and migrations.

• Develop functional specifications and solution documentation.

• Provide production support and perform root-cause analysis.

• Lead and mentor SAP EWM consultants.

• Collaborate with architects, developers, project managers, business analysts, and business users.

Preferred Skills

• SAP EWM integration with MM, SD, PP, QM, and TM

• RF/mobile warehouse experience

• Warehouse automation experience

• SAP S/4HANA transformation experience

• Global SAP implementation experience

• Strong documentation and presentation skills
