Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP EWM Development Lead with strong current hands-on experience in SAP EWM and SAP S/4HANA technical development.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Embedded EWM, Decentralized EWM, PPF, SAP Fiori, EWM enhancements, integrations, and SAP development. The candidate should have experience leading technical teams and supporting both Greenfield and Brownfield SAP transformations.

Required Skills

• 12–18 years of overall SAP experience

• 5+ years of SAP EWM experience

• Current hands-on SAP EWM development

• Current hands-on SAP S/4HANA

• Team Lead / Manager or above experience

• Embedded EWM

• Decentralized EWM

• PPF – Post Processing Framework

• SAP Fiori

• Greenfield implementations

• Brownfield implementations/migrations

• Strong EWM technical architecture and development experience

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP EWM technical design and development activities.

• Develop and enhance SAP EWM solutions based on business and functional requirements.

• Work with Embedded and Decentralized EWM environments.

• Develop EWM enhancements, interfaces, integrations, and custom solutions.

• Work extensively with PPF, BAdIs, and EWM enhancement frameworks.

• Develop and support SAP Fiori/UI5 applications and OData services.

• Support EWM integration with SAP S/4HANA and external systems.

• Develop and support APIs, IDocs, and other integration technologies.

• Participate in Greenfield and Brownfield SAP transformation projects.

• Perform technical design, debugging, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure development standards are followed.

• Lead technical testing, defect resolution, deployment, and production support.

• Prepare technical specifications and design documentation.

• Work closely with functional leads, architects, Basis, integration, and business teams.

• Mentor developers and provide technical leadership.

• Support cutover, go-live, and post-production stabilization.
