About the Role

We are seeking skilled and motivated Data Center Technician to support enterprise data center and server environments, including next-generation AI platforms. This is a highly hands-on, customer-facing opportunity focused on maintaining uptime, resolving complex hardware issues, and delivering exceptional on-site support.

Prior AI experience is not required - candidates with strong data center and server fundamentals are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Provide on-site support for Dell servers and data center infrastructure
Perform server hardware maintenance including builds, swaps, and component replacements (CPU, memory, power supplies, GPUs, etc.)
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across hardware, firmware, and operating systems
Execute reactive and preventive maintenance following established procedures
Collaborate with internal engineering teams and on-site stakeholders during service events
Accurately document service activities and contribute to knowledge-sharing
Participate in on-call rotations and provide extended coverage as required

Required Experience & Skills

3 5+ years of experience in field service, data center, or enterprise server support
Strong hands-on experience with server hardware and components
Working knowledge of Linux or similar operating systems
Proven troubleshooting and problem-resolution capabilities
Ability to work independently in customer environments
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Willingness to support and learn emerging technologies, including AI platforms

Preferred Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
Dell or other OEM server certifications (preferred but not required)
Experience in enterprise or hyperscale data center environments
