About the Role

We are seeking skilled and motivated Data Center Technician to support enterprise data center and server environments, including next-generation AI platforms. This is a highly hands-on, customer-facing opportunity focused on maintaining uptime, resolving complex hardware issues, and delivering exceptional on-site support.

Prior AI experience is not required - candidates with strong data center and server fundamentals are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site support for Dell servers and data center infrastructure
  • Perform server hardware maintenance including builds, swaps, and component replacements (CPU, memory, power supplies, GPUs, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across hardware, firmware, and operating systems
  • Execute reactive and preventive maintenance following established procedures
  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams and on-site stakeholders during service events
  • Accurately document service activities and contribute to knowledge-sharing
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide extended coverage as required

Required Experience & Skills

  • 3 5+ years of experience in field service, data center, or enterprise server support
  • Strong hands-on experience with server hardware and components
  • Working knowledge of Linux or similar operating systems
  • Proven troubleshooting and problem-resolution capabilities
  • Ability to work independently in customer environments
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to support and learn emerging technologies, including AI platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Dell or other OEM server certifications (preferred but not required)
  • Experience in enterprise or hyperscale data center environments
