Title: QA Lead(Microsoft Dynamics/JD Edwards)

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end QA activities across enterprise applications.
Define and execute QA strategy, test planning, regression testing, and release validation.
Collaborate with business, development, and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.
Mentor QA engineers and establish QA best practices.
Drive defect management, risk assessment, and quality improvements.
Lead testing efforts across functional, integration, regression, and UAT phases.
Provide technical leadership and make quality-related decisions independently.
Communicate project status, quality metrics, and risks to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of QA experience with at least 3 years in a QA Lead role.
Strong hands-on QA experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and/or JD Edwards (JDE).
Experience testing Payment Systems is preferred.
Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or Adobe Commerce is a plus.
Strong understanding of enterprise business processes and end-to-end testing.
Experience with Agile methodologies, defect management, and test management tools.
