Job Description:
Data Analyst - Credentialing Systems Migration (Part-Time, Remote)

Location: Remote (equipment provided)

Schedule: ~20 hours/week (flexible during CST business hours)

Duration: 4-month contract

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support a credentialing system migration from Echo to CredentialStream. This individual will play a key role in data validation, reporting, and system support, ensuring data accuracy and continuity across platforms.

This is a hands-on, data-focused role supporting an active project-ideal for someone comfortable working with large datasets, reporting, and system transitions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support migration from Echo to CredentialStream, including data transition activities
  • Perform data validation and reconciliation, including matching records and code conversions
  • Build, modify, and test reports, including replicating reports from legacy systems
  • Conduct QA testing of reports and data outputs to ensure accuracy
  • Assist with user roles and permissions setup, including group and access management
  • Create training materials and user documentation for system transition
  • Support both legacy (Echo) and new (CredentialStream) platforms during go-live
  • Partner with lead analyst/SME on daily execution and deliverables
  • Handle high-volume and repetitive data tasks to support overall project progress
Additional Responsibilities
  • Analyze and validate data across multiple sources
  • Identify and resolve data inconsistencies and anomalies
  • Ensure data integrity across systems and reporting
  • Support business users in understanding reporting outputs when needed
  • Assist in documenting reporting logic and business requirements
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • 2-3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or system support
  • Experience with:
    • Data validation and data movement
    • Report building and testing
    • User roles/permissions setup (any system)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a healthcare or credentialing environment
  • Familiarity with provider data or credentialing workflows
  • Experience with QA/testing of reports or datasets
  • Comfortable with high-volume, repetitive data work
