IronClad CLM Resource (Legal Ops / CLM & e‑Billing Consultant)
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Description:

Core Need – CLM (Ironclad) and e‑Billing Implementation

Immediate priority is to launch a CLM (Ironclad) and implement an e‑billing platform.
Scope includes:

CLM setup and configuration
Template creation, including Spanish‑language templates
Workflow design and approval routing
Signature authority and signatory flows
Structuring the system so it works across regions and teams

This person must handle the organizational and process side of Legal Ops, not just system clicks.
They emphasized the need for someone who can:

Structure legal workflows
Define scalable processes
Coordinate across Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders
Drive implementation forward without heavy oversight
