Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Technical Consultant with 10+ years of hands-on expertise in SAP CRM Technical development, SAP ECC integration, UI5/Fiori applications, OData services, and RICEFW developments. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP CRM solutions integrated with ECC systems while working closely with functional and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

SAP CRM Technical Development

• Design, develop, enhance, and support SAP CRM Technical solutions based on business requirements.
• Work extensively on SAP CRM Web UI enhancements, Middleware configurations, and custom developments.
• Develop and enhance CRM One Order framework components, transaction processing, and partner determination logic.
• Perform technical analysis, impact assessment, and solution design for CRM enhancements and projects.

ECC Integration

• Strong experience in SAP ECC integration with SAP CRM using Middleware and BDoc processing.
• Work on integration objects, queues, replication models, and troubleshooting Middleware issues.
• Coordinate with functional teams for end-to-end business process integration between CRM and ECC modules.

UI5 / Fiori Development

• Develop and enhance SAP UI5/Fiori applications based on business requirements.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces integrated with SAP CRM and ECC backend systems.
• Configure and consume OData services for frontend applications.
• Work on SAP Gateway services and frontend-backend integration.

OData & SAP Gateway

• Design, develop, and maintain OData services using SAP Gateway.
• Implement CRUD operations, deep entity handling, function imports, and performance optimization in OData services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and service-related issues.

RICEFW Development

Strong hands-on experience in:

• Reports – Classical, Interactive, and ALV Reports
• Interfaces – IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, Web Services, APIs
• Conversions – BDC, LSMW, Data Migration Programs
• Enhancements – User Exits, BAdIs, Enhancement Framework, Implicit/Explicit Enhancements
• Forms – SmartForms, SAP Scripts, Adobe Forms
• Workflows – SAP Workflow development and enhancements

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP CRM Technical development.
• Expertise in SAP ABAP, OOABAP, and CRM technical architecture.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC integration.
• Strong experience in SAP UI5/Fiori development.
• Expertise in OData and SAP Gateway services.
• Extensive experience in all RICEFW objects.
• Experience with CRM Middleware and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration technologies.
• Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
