Role: Product Owner – IFRS to US GAAP / LDTI
Location: Frederick, Maryland (Hybrid)
Duration: Long Term

They are looking for a Product Owner who understands:
- US GAAP accounting
- LDTI (ASU 2018-12)
- Life Insurance / Annuities
- Financial reporting systems
- Agile Product Ownership
This is NOT a generic Product Owner role.
The candidate must have a strong combination of:
- Finance/Accounting knowledge
- Insurance domain expertise
- Product Owner / Agile delivery experience
Must-Have Skills (Primary Filter)
1. US GAAP + LDTI Experience
Candidate must know:
- ASC 944
- LDTI (ASU 2018-12)
- CECL
- Insurance financial reporting
2. Life Insurance / Annuities Domain
Candidate should have worked in:
- Life Insurance
- Annuities
- Actuarial/Finance reporting projects
3. Product Owner Experience:
- Agile Product Owner
- Scrum or SAFe
- Backlog management
- User stories
- Stakeholder coordination
