Job Title
SAP Enterprise Architect

About your role:

As a SAP Enterprise Architect, you will define and govern the end-to-end SAP landscape with a focus on supply chain and order-to-cash capabilities in SAP S/4HANA on RISE. You will partner with business, engineering and platform teams to shape roadmaps, solution architectures and implementation patterns that drive adoption of SAP. You will ensure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable and aligned to enterprise architecture standards.

What you'll do:
  • Define the target SAP enterprise architecture for supply chain and order-to-cash capabilities in SAP S/4HANA on RISE, including system landscape, integration patterns and data flows.
  • Lead solution architecture for major SAP initiatives, including greenfield implementations, migrations and enhancements across S/4HANA and related SAP applications.
  • Partner with supply chain, order-to-cash and finance stakeholders to translate business strategies and requirements into cohesive SAP solution designs and roadmaps.
  • Guide design decisions across SAP modules (for example, Sales and Distribution, Materials Management and related supply chain components) to ensure end-to-end process integrity and standardization.
  • Establish and promote architecture principles, reference designs, configuration and extension patterns that support sustainable adoption of SAP and minimize technical debt.
  • Collaborate with integration, data and security teams to ensure SAP solutions align with enterprise integration standards, data governance expectations and security controls.
  • Provide technical oversight during project delivery, including review of functional and technical designs, identification of risks and alignment to best practices in S/4HANA on RISE.
  • Support production operations by assisting with incident analysis, problem management and long-term remediation for complex issues impacting SAP supply chain and order-to-cash processes.
  • Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.

Experience you'll need to have:
  • 8+ years of experience designing and delivering SAP solutions, including significant exposure to enterprise or solution architecture responsibilities across multiple SAP programs.
  • 8+ years of experience in SAP supply chain and order-to-cash domains, including design and implementation of processes using modules such as Sales and Distribution and Materials Management in S/4HANA and/or ECC.
  • 8+ years of experience working on SAP S/4HANA or large ECC transformation initiatives, including implementation, migration or modernization of order-to-cash and supply chain capabilities.
  • Experience defining SAP roadmaps and target architectures, including system landscape design, integration approaches and data strategies in complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business process owners, functional analysts, integration and data teams, security, quality assurance and operations.
  • Experience performing structured troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and remediation planning for complex issues spanning SAP configuration, integration and data.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA on RISE implementations, including understanding of cloud deployment models, integration with hyperscalers and lifecycle management in RISE environments.
  • Experience with advanced supply chain capabilities such as Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM) or Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP).
  • Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) or comparable platforms for building SAP extensions and integrations that support supply chain and order-to-cash processes.
  • Knowledge of governance and controls in SAP, including auditability, change control practices, Segregation of Duties (SoD) considerations and documentation standards.

How you'll work:
  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
