Oracle Cloud HCM BI, Reporting & Dashboard Analyst

Job Summary:
- Design, develop, administer, and support enterprise reports and dashboards for Oracle Cloud HCM applications (Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence Management).
- Deliver operational, analytical, executive, and regulatory reports using Oracle BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and Oracle Cloud-native analytics tools.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and leadership stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into secure, actionable reports and dashboards.
- Create and maintain role-based dashboards with interactive features, KPIs, drilldowns, and visualizations.
- Write complex SQL queries and develop data templates, layouts, and scheduled/burst/ad hoc reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance (FERPA, HIPAA), and security through role-based access controls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data, performance, and visualization issues in reports and dashboards.
- Support testing/validation during Oracle quarterly updates and HCM enhancements.
- Maintain documentation and reporting catalogs including metric definitions, data sources, and security roles.
- Identify and implement opportunities to standardize and optimize dashboards, reduce duplication, and stay current on Oracle HCM analytics enhancements.
- Participate in university-wide Oracle Cloud projects, upgrades, and data initiatives.
- Collaborate with security and leadership teams to ensure secure data access and support change management.
- Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and production support through incident/ticketing systems.
- Uphold a collaborative, innovative, human-centered, and inclusive culture as part of the Finance Strategy & Operations team.
- Regular and reliable on-site attendance required; alternative work options may be available.
- No supervisory responsibilities; reports to Associate VP or Executive Director of Finance Strategy and Operations.
