IT Support Specialist

Overview:
Provide day-to-day IT support by maintaining systems, troubleshooting issues, assisting with upgrades, and training employees to ensure efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support IT systems including OS, security tools, servers, email, desktops, laptops, and peripherals

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and phones

• Perform system and application upgrades and resolve performance issues

• Support Active Directory environments and end-user computing devices

• Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues using command-line tools

• Train employees on software and hardware usage and provide ongoing technical support

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience troubleshooting Office 365, VPN, Adobe, McAfee, LogMeIn, and encryption tools

• 3+ years experience supporting desktops, laptops, Surface devices, and peripheral hardware

• 3+ years experience working in Active Directory domain environments

• Strong software installation and troubleshooting skills

• Basic networking knowledge with command-line troubleshooting capability
