About this Position

Primerica is seeking a Application Development Intern. This intern is responsible for designing, developing, and documenting software related to IVR systems. The role includes using flowcharting software to document existing systems, frontend development in Genesys or Vue and exposure to backend API development. This position contributes directly to designing and implementing analytic dashboards that support our call centers.

Salary range is $18-$22 per hour, depending on the student's undergraduate level. Salary ranges for graduate students may vary.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Document and validate their work by comparing their work to the code and executing the applications.
• Build research capabilities either in the Genesys platform or in a new Vue application utilizing Genesys' rich set of APIs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Junior or senior in college Pursuing computer science, or computer engineering
• Experience with python, node, javascript.
• Strong analytic and critical thinking skills.
