Summary

Join a dynamic AI Center of Excellence as a Senior AI Engineer, where you will help design and deliver innovative machine learning, generative AI, and agentic AI solutions that improve business outcomes and accelerate transformation. Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, deploy, and support production-ready machine learning models for a range of business use cases.
  • Build and operationalize generative AI solutions, including retrieval-augmented generation, and explore emerging agentic AI approaches.
  • Develop and maintain end-to-end AI/ML pipelines covering data ingestion, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring in cloud environments.
  • Integrate cloud-native and third-party AI services to improve delivery speed and business value.
  • Ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable, dependable, and cost-conscious.
  • Create reusable tools, frameworks, and best practices to support and accelerate AI development across teams.
  • Evaluate new AI technologies and platforms for feasibility, scalability, and alignment with business needs.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, architects, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into effective AI solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to help other teams adopt AI capabilities in their products and workflows.
Skills
  • Strong experience designing and deploying AI/ML solutions in real-world environments.
  • Proficiency in Python and common ML/AI libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning concepts, and generative AI techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and cloud AI services for scalable development and deployment.
  • Working knowledge of data engineering, SQL, and feature engineering.
  • Experience with ML Ops practices, including CI/CD, model monitoring, and version control.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools in cloud-native environments.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous business challenges into clear technical solutions.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with both technical and non-technical partners.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with agentic AI frameworks or related emerging AI technologies.
  • Familiarity with AWS services such as SageMaker, Lambda, ECS, S3, and IAM.
  • Experience with Docker, Airflow, Kubeflow, Git, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of responsible AI practices, including bias mitigation and ethical deployment.
  • Background working in regulated industries such as healthcare or finance.
  • Advanced degree in a technical field.
  • AI/ML certifications from cloud providers.
  • Contributions to open-source AI/ML work or published research.
