  • Technical Track: Architect and design system configurations, data integrations, and scalable solutions, specifically bridging Centric planning systems with core merchandising ERPs (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
  • Implementation & Optimization: Configure Centric modules to align with complex omnichannel retail strategies, including AI-driven demand forecasting, scenario-based stock optimization, and in-season dynamic replenishment.
  • Professional Services Delivery: Act as a trusted advisor to clients on behalf of the software delivery team, guiding stakeholders through industry best practices for retail planning, inventory optimization, and system adoption.
  • Bridge the gap between merchandising business stakeholders and technical development teams, translating complex financial and allocation requirements into actionable design documents.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven, hands-on implementation experience within the Centric Software suite (specifically Centric Planning, Centric Pricing & Inventory, or Centric 8 PLM).
  • Deep functional or technical domain expertise in at least two of the following areas: Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP), Assortment Planning, Open-to-Buy (OTB), or Inventory Allocation & Replenishment.
