Our client is hiring a hands-on Lead Enterprise GenAI Engineer to design and build internal AI agents that automate enterprise architecture and governance workflows.

This role is 60% hands-on development and 40% AI architecture strategy. You will build production-grade Agentic AI solutions using Python and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) while helping establish reusable AI patterns across the enterprise.

This is not a pure strategy or documentation-focused architect role. We are looking for a builder who understands enterprise systems.

What You’ll Do

Design and develop Agentic AI solutions using Google ADK, LangGraph/LangChain, Copilot, and Vertex AI
Build internal-facing AI agents to automate enterprise architecture processes
Deploy AI workloads in Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI, Gemini, Cloud Run, IAM)
Write and maintain production-grade Python code
Contribute within a GitHub + CI/CD workflow
Establish scalable AI patterns and best practices across the organization

Required Qualifications

8–12+ years in software engineering or technical architecture
2+ years building GenAI or Agentic AI solutions
Experience delivering at least one production GenAI application
Strong proficiency in Python
Hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)
Understanding of Google Cloud Platform services (Cloud Run, IAM, networking)
Experience with Microsoft Copilot or cross-platform AI integrations
Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks
Experience with:
- Vertex AI and Gemini models
- Google ADK (or similar agent frameworks)
- LangGraph / LangChain
- Multi-agent orchestration
- CI/CD pipelines and GitHub

Preferred

Experience integrating Java and Python environments
Google Cloud Platform certification
