Job Title: ServiceNow IRM Developer
Location : Minneapolis, MN / TX / IL
Duration : Long Term
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow IRM Developer to design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience implementing IRM modules, integrating with third-party systems, and collaborating with business stakeholders to automate governance, risk, and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow IRM applications.
- Develop and customize IRM modules including:
- Policy and Compliance Management
- Risk Management
- Audit Management
- Vendor Risk Management
- Business Continuity Management (preferred)
- Configure workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and ACLs.
- Develop custom applications and enhancements using ServiceNow best practices.
- Build reports, dashboards, Performance Analytics, and risk scorecards.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Perform platform upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards and governance.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support production deployments.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Risk Management
- Policy & Compliance
- Audit Management
- Vendor Risk Management
- Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
- Knowledge of IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and MID Server.
- Experience with Service Portal or Employee Center is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Risk and Compliance (CIS-RC) or IRM certification
- ITIL Foundation Certification
Nice to Have
- Experience with ServiceNow SecOps, ITSM, ITOM, or CMDB.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, or COBIT.
- Experience with Performance Analytics and custom dashboards.
- Exposure to AI-powered capabilities in the ServiceNow platform.
